"Soft winds at sunrise; a shoreline with sailboats, waterfalls, and waves; steep cliffs add adventure; a tidal design, the Napali way. A floral path colors, while aquatics thrive; the most magical hike of my life, with my love, all the time." -b. wood |

I have always been told that challenging my body is as important as challenging my mind; mind over matter, I shift my gears and continue biking. Today I wonder what it is that is continually impressive enough to encourage growth and why it differs from every person. Religion, morals, atmosphere, other people, etc…Why struggle on the hillside, what’s the motivation? What is so awe inspiring that keeps a person focused on goals?
